Os he hablado, en los últimos días, en varios enlaces de Bill Rapier. Un peso pesado del DEVGRU que está dando clases.

Pues bien.

Creo que Bill Rapier es Phil en el libro "No easy day"
Datos que me llevan a hacer esta afirmación.

.- Dice Mark Owen "Phil lleva en el DEVGRU el mismo tiempo que yo en la Marina" Y cuadran perfectamente las fechas. "Phil" entró en el DEVGRU a finales de los 90 y Owen entró en la US Navy a finales de los 90.
.- Fue responsable del tema "Canino" en el Escuadrón. Y ahora Bill Rapier da formación de integración de equipos K9 en FOES.
.- "Phil" era jefe de equipo del DEVGRU y Bill Rapier también.

Se están partiendo el culo de O´Neill y no hay nada técnico. Simple sentido común y SATIRA HACIA O´NEILL
